ORDERS
For any orders from SHOPPING AGENT please contact us with all the details of your request. Every SHOPPING AGENT assignment is unique, therefore you will receive a personal customer care until we find what you need and ship it to you.
Processing
Once you place your order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. This means that your order is now available for us to process. We process orders during regular business hours (9:30-5:30, Monday – Saturday).
If you need to change your order for any reason, it is important to call or email us right away. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change it.
While processing your order, we may need to verify payment or shipping information, or notify you. If we cannot contact you, this will cause a delay in shipping your order, so please check your email regularly or make sure your phone number on your account is current.
Order Status
We try to keep you up to date on the status of your order as much as possible by email.
If you have questions, simply email us with your order number and the name on the order, and we can give you more information.
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an Email Receipt to verify what we have shipped and where we have shipped it to. This will show your total order as well as the shipping method. Please keep this for your records.
PAYMENT
In order to start processing your orders with SHOPPING AGENT please contact us with all the details of your request. Every SHOPPING AGENT assignment is unique, therefore you will receive personal customer care until we find what you need and ship it for you.
In order to start processing your order, we require 100% payment upon placing your order.
Payment Options
The easiest payment method is Western Union and MoneyGram. Just go to the nearest Western Union/MoneyGram location, give our name and address, and we can pick up the payment immediately.
Soon, we will also accept payments by PayPal online. This method usually takes few business days to process. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use PayPal. Visit www.PayPal.com for complete information. For your security, and to speed up order processing, you should consider having PayPal 'Verify' your PayPal account, which means they authenticate your information and tell us that you are who you say you are.

Shopping Agent Commission
For our agent services, we take 10% of value of the merchandise you order. Please note that this amount covers the transport and time we spend on your assignment.
Customs, Taxes & Duty
If such fees are applicable, we cannot calculate or pre-pay duties, taxes and other customs fees when shipping to international destinations. These are solely the responsibility of the recipient. If your order is late to arrive, the first step is to check with your local post office.
For all international orders, we enter the customs information as required by the postal system. We will not enter fraudulent information for any reason.

DELIVERY
Shipping
Depending on the merchandise shipped, the shipping fees are calculated either by weight or by volume. Standard size packages are shipped by weight, and large size packages are shipped by volume.
Total shipping costs can be calculated after we get the total order weight / volume. The average shipping fee is 450 – 550 INR (Indian Rupees) per kilogram, depending on destination.

Shipping method
We prefer to only offer you the most secure shipping methods, especially when shipping directly from India. Therefore our 'Standard' shipping method to international destinations is DHL, 4 day delivery only, with door-to-door service!
Most DHL packages are trackable and insured. Delivery time varies by destination. International 'Urgent' shipping is fulfilled by DHL Global Express, and often includes applicable taxes, tariffs and fees.
If we need to change your shipping method for any reason, we will contact you before shipping.

Delivery time
Our 'Standard' delivery time with DHL is 4 days only, with door-to-door service, however the delivery time may vary by destination.If your order has not arrived in a reasonable amount of time based on your destination, there are several things to do before contacting us. Orders shipped by DHL automatically get an email notification with a tracking number that can be referenced on the DHL website or by calling DHL. Sometimes your package might be put on hold if there are any duties or tariffs due on it.
Once you have checked with the shipper, please contact us right away. We will work with you to locate your package and resolve the shipping issue.

RETURNS
Quality products and excellent customer service is our commitment to YOU.As your shopping agent we do not stock merchandise. We get the items ordered by you from the source and ship it to your address right away. As most of the local stores do not honour returns unless the item is defective, we cannot offer that as well.
All of the custom made items (kalashes, custom made clothes, etc.), as well as books, CDs (MP3, Data or Audio), cassettes, and videos are not returnable, unless they are defective. Please return within seven days for replacement.
Other non-returnable items include nose rings, nose pins, earrings, food items, personal care items (like soaps, shampoos, henna, oils and perfumes), and incense and resins. If you have questions about any of these items, please contact us for assistance.
The customer is responsible for return postage. On returns due to damaged/defective merchandise, or when the wrong item was shipped, return postage is credited to your account for future purchases.
Please package your return order appropriately. Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging cannot be accepted as 'original unused condition'.

You must contact us regarding your return to be sure to receive the appropriate credit, exchange, or refund. Unless otherwise arranged, use only standard rates of shipping your return. You will not receive credit or refunds for expedited shipping rates.
